Ok.. I see no answer coming. the obvious part is wisden. 1. Japan flag 2. John Wisden 3. Anil Kumble 4. E.W. Swanton 5. Wisden trophy 6. Jim Laker 7. Michael Vaughan
Connect/funda- Wisden, Kumble & Laker - 10wkts in an innings.. Wisden also had taken 10 wkts once in a 1st class match, all clean bowled. A very prolific fast bowler despite his short height (5 ft 4)
Vaughan - first real person to appear on the cover of wisden almanack (2003)
Funda/trivia for Swanton, Japan & 1939.. Swanton was a very famous, acclaimed commentator and critic. He was captured PoW by Japan, with the 1939 edition of the almanack.. this is said to be the most famous, in-demand copy ever with fellow prisoners having reserved the book in advance at times and nobody could hold it for more than 12 hrs. The book, after much of the battering it took and restoration, is preserved in Lord's museum.
