primary school geography

Holy Roman remnant, monarchy, German speaking, tax haven, has more companies than citizens, doesn't even have an airport, <100km>$25000 per capita, and its largest ever army fielded only 80 soldiers. Name the country place, which as a whole was also awarded the Ig Nobel.

Google or wiki at your own personal insults.

PS: Trivial stuff I know.. feeling rusty

See it is possible to bring a cherry tree from the temperate regions and plant it in front of Ad bloc,it might not grow after that, but then who cares,I would ve left my mark :)
